Morvan Fils Transit is a company established in 1896 in Saint-Malo, Brittany, specializing in freight shipments to the Channel Islands and the United Kingdom. 1. From quotation to unloading docks

The information entered into a file in Akanea TMS Freight Forwarding is automatically transmitted to Akanea WMS Xtent.
2. From docks to customs clearance
The file created in Akanea TMS Freight Forwarding is transferred to Akanea WMS Xtent so that operators can take charge of the goods. The progress of operations is updated automatically in the file.

3. From customs to invoicing
The documents accompanying the goods are stored in the Electronic Document Management (EDM) system within Akanea TMS Freight Forwarding, including the shipping invoice and packing list.
“Through Akanea DOUANE, I carry out export clearance. Once the declaration is finalized and validated, we obtain a customs declaration number, which is automatically uploaded along with documents such as the SAD and the EAD, into Akanea TMS Freight Forwarding.”

An invoice is then generated and sent directly to the client by email.
